Michael Anidjar is an associate attorney who joined The Law Offices of Moffa, Sutton, & Donnini, P.A. in 2016. Mr. Anidjar’s practice concentrates in the area of federal and state taxation of businesses and its owners. Mr. Anidjar has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2008 and his experience and background in tax compliance serves as a communication bridge between accountant, lawyer, and taxpayer, when resolving tax issues.

Mr. Anidjar joined the firm after spending over two years as a member of a boutique law firm focusing on representation of businesses and owners in both tax and labor law issues. Prior to that, Mr. Anidjar worked in the tax department of a large regional accounting firm and as an associate attorney on complex business litigation matters. Mr. Anidjar has a firm belief in due process and the rights of every taxpayer, whether business or individual, against any government agency’s accusation or determination.

He is not only a firm believer in due process rights, but considers assisting individuals with food, shelter, and other basic needs during difficult times an obligation of fellow community members.
