About

Dylan Weingarden is an Associate Attorney who joined the Law Offices of Moffa, Sutton, & Donnini, P.A. in 2025. Dylan holds a Juris Doctor (2025) and an LL.M. in Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law (2025) from the University of Miami School of Law. Dylan also earned a Concentration in Transactional Skills from Miami Law.

Dylan earned a B.A. in Economics (2022) as well as a Minor in Applied Statistics (2022) from the University of Michigan, where he was involved in organizations centered around Entrepreneurship and Business and Co-Founded a consulting group focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence.

Prior to joining the firm, Dylan worked as an associate at a Florida-based firm specializing in mortgage and insurance defense claims. Further, Dylan worked as an associate in the Legal Department of Klutch Sports Group, a worldwide sports agency based in New York City.
